"Some of the ways the strength and balance class have improved my everyday life are: ability to get on the floor and subsequently easily rise, using muscles allowing bowling, golfing, biking, and many physical household tasks to be easier, improved self-esteem because I can actually do the "work" and experience the physical rewards, and many more.
